When NBA and American Express partnered together to create a unique experiential activation for their game, NBA 2K, they wanted to document it in an equally unique way. We collaborated with agencies in Vancouver and NYC to script, direct, shoot, and edit this project. The story, set in NYC, follows a young athlete as he goes through a hero’s journey—from failure to success. This project serves as a great example of how every service or product is in essence a human story.
